Our standard design service, based on our range of 100 home plans, includes both 2D & 3D drafting (so that you can accurately visualise your finished home), site plan, basic plan modifications, colour and material selection and completion of all relevant council requirements to ensure the approval process is as streamlined as possible. If you desire something out of the ordinary, we can provide a premium architectural drafting service to turn your ideas into the home of your dreams.

All Bell River Homes come standard with a frame assembled from quality Australian steel, that is engineered to exacting Australian standards. Zero flammability; no termites; no chemicals; no movement; no twisting, warping or splitting; no noise and exceptionally strong — in these frames you know you are getting the best!
