After months of examining plans on the internet and exhibition homes, we decided that a Birchgrove 61 would best suit us and the block that we had bought 80kms from Canberra. We have now lived in the house for a little over 12 months and are delighted with it. It is beautifully built and free of the usual noises of expansion and contraction of a timber framed house; its sense of solidity is enhanced by the very substantial amount of insulation built into it.
