Fully welded, high tensile steel framing systemAll our homes come standard with superior quality, fully-welded steel frames & trusses. These frames will alleviate gyprock or cornice cracking, gutters & roof lines will remain straight for the life of the house & they are non-flammable, termite resistant & noise free. Tri-Level InsulationAs far as we know, Bell River are the only home builder in Australia that include as standard a minimum of 50mm R1.5 blanket & foil roof insulation, R4.0 ceiling batts & foil wrap combined with R2.0 wall batts. This makes our homes exceptionally quiet & energy efficient. And with government regulations on power use becoming ever stricter, this level of insulation greatly reduces your energy bills too!

To best cater for the needs of our full range of clients, we have developed our Value PLUS+ variations package (available only on a limited range of our smaller standard home designs) which offers you timber frames in place of steel and a marginally reduced level of specification in some areas, while maintaining many of the best features that Bell River Homes have to offer you in the areas where it really counts!
