January 2011 - Updated Kitchen & Bathroom Range To make the most of our new homes designs, we have contracted Focal Point Design, a leading kitchen & interior design studio, to develop all our new kitchens and bathrooms. Standard features now include 40mm engineered stone bench tops, vacuum formed doors, soft closing door & drawer mechanisms, stone & glass look splashbacks, S.S appliances & 900mm stainless steel canopy range hood!

January 2011 - New Display Home Open We have just opened a brand new display home. One of our Vaucluse Series, this home showcases many of the cutting edge design features of our new plans such as square-set columns & feature picture nooks, and our full range of new standard inclusions. Open all week by appointment and on weekends. August 2011 - New Design Range for Narrow AllotmentsThis month sees the introduction of a brand new range of homes to suit narrow allotments. They are all designed to make the best use of space where land area is limited, capture the sun and flow into the yard space and outdoor living areas. These designs vary from 9.37m wide to 13.2m, and from 165m2 to 365m 2 in floor area.
