The perfect new house design will be the key to your property success, so making the right choice is absolutely essential. You need to consider your lifestyle,

Bellriver Homes has unlocked excellent design flexibility by providing approximately 250 variations on our new house designs, including our mirror and reverse options. This gives you the power to build the home you want but it also leaves you with plenty of choices. Your dedicated New Home Consultant will be there for you every step of the way, liaising with you and the rest of the team to ensure you’ve chosen the perfect design.

Adding personal touches to your property is absolutely essential, and your consultant can find practical, affordable ways to do this with your new house.
3. GETTING IT RIGHT BEFORE THE BUILD BEGINS
In our experience, the most important offerings from new home builders become noticeable once the construction process has started, which is too little
too late. By pairing you with a dedicated Relationship Manager who understands your case, we can ensure that everything is perfect before work begins.
There will also be a range of other value-adding services that go beyond different floor plans, home designs or house and land packages.
4. COMMUNICATION IS ABSOLUTELY KEY
Having a Relationship Manager is important because communication and collaboration are at the heart of the new home building process. More than bricks or mortar or design, these qualities ensure that everything runs smoothly.
As there can sometimes be changes with regards to time-frames when submitting your drafts to the council, your Relationship Manager will always keep you updated. They are also available to assist you with colour selection, if required. To ensure that you are kept in the loop throughout the construction process, your Relationship Manager and Project Supervisor will provide you with regular updates.
