If you live in a bushfire prone area, many new house plans need to meet a Bushfire Attack Level or BAL rating. This can involve certain changes to get your home up to scratch. Similar costs can apply in flood-prone areas.
This can obviously incur extra costs, but it’s another area where we carry the extra fees if need be. Everything is included in your 12-month fixed price!
BAD SOIL MEANS BIG COSTS
A poor soil classification can also bump a new home builder’s overall fee. Similarly, your slab might need to be re-engineered due to changes in soil and sub-soil conditions, which can also incur additional costs.
