The Inspiration behind the Sanctuary interiors

The Inspiration behind the Sanctuary interiors

There is an exciting new movement happening in urban interior design seen most recently in the stunning homes built by Bellriver Homes.

The perfect example of this bold new take on the latest in textures, colours and styles is at Oran Park where the Bellriver Homes Sanctuary façade is the inspiration for the interior style.

Bellrivers' new Sanctuary home design

Bellriver Homes Head of Interior Design, Kristalla Capra couldn’t wait to create the perfect family home in this newly built display home.

“The minute I saw the façade I knew that Palm Springs would be the inspiration for the interior design,” Kristalla said.

“The 1950s/1960s minimalist look with concrete blocks is what I could see and I’m really happy with the final style of the space.”

The Oran Park display home is just one of several homes recently built by Bellriver Homes to showcase the luxury you can achieve at an affordable price.

“Our display homes aren’t about being showy and over the top, it’s about showing people the kind of beautiful home using standard inclusions,” Kristalla explained. “Using colours and textures, you can have a home that’s practical, beautiful and affordable.”
