We are proud of our financial health. So much so that we commissioned an independent report by Dunn & Bradstreet. Their credit risk analysis places Bellriver as almost zero risk of failure. A copy of the report is available on request.

ALLOCATED SITE
START DATES

Our site start allocation scheme limits the amount of jobs we sell & build at any one time. This means our capacity limits are never exceeded and we can forecast accurately. It also prevents us from using contractors that are not proven and tested.You will also know upfront when your house will commence construction

We made a choice to limit the areas we build in NSW. We focus on areas where we can control the costs from the outset and keep our contractors focused on areas where they can make consistent margins and continuity of work.
