Guaranteed build times.
In addition to our No Excuses, Fixed Price Contract, Bellriver also guarantee to complete your new home in the contract building time. If it’s not finished, we will pay your rent!
Guaranteed build times conditions
- Build time is the construction time stated on your HIA building contract.
- Build time will be adjusted if there are any EOT’s (Extensions Of Time) – due to weather, supply, holidays etc.
- Rent will be paid if we go over the time as stated in points 1 and 2, at the current rent value of your new home up to $300 per week.
- Applies to all contracts signed after Jan 1, 2016.
