Bellriver’s standard is well above what is considered normal. Our ‘everyday’ list of inclusions sets a Benchmark that is well beyond the modest offering of other builders.
We don’t offer a low price so that we can up-sell after you have signed the contract or pretend that we have included thousands of dollars of items “at no extra cost”. What we do offer is exceptional value and build quality and the industry’s benchmark inclusions. To this end, our ‘standard’ price includes ‘essentials’ like earthworks and slab piers. BASIX requirements, council fees and connections of services (not all builders include these). We also include: air conditioning, blinds, carpet and tiles, the dishwasher, microwave and light fittings.

Our kitchens breathe life into a home. Accessible, practical and beautiful, they are designed by independent kitchen specialists who understand what it takes to create the perfect kitchen. Our ‘standard’ kitchens include features you would normally only expect in an architect designed custom home, such as bulkheads to the ceiling, stainless steel appliances including 900mm canopy range hood, built-in microwave and dishwasher, gas cooktop and multi-function oven, stone benchtops, Hettich soft-closing mechanisms on all doors & drawers and a full range of designer handles. The Bellriver definition of ‘standard’ is vastly above what is considered normal, and it is possibly more apparent in the kitchen than anywhere else.
The standard fit-out of our bathrooms is equally stunning. Bathrooms all include high quality materials -we use Polytec wall hung vanities with moulded basins and soft close doors, quality tiles with a selection of marble or glass borders, pivot shower screens, superior quality stainless steel metal tapware & bathroom accessories and a dual flush vitreous-china toilet suite with enclosed pan and even a soft close toilet seat.
The living areas of the home are finished to the same high standard. They boast glazed front entry door & internal doors with satin chrome level door furniture, 90 mm cornice, single bevel timber (not custom-wood) architrave & skirting, oyster and down-light fittings throughout, built in robes, TV and phone points, a generous number of double power points and even an electric door bell. Quality carpet and floor tiles are laid throughout, and the windows are fitted with fly screens, keyed alike security locks and wood blinds. Reverse cycle air-conditioning is standard on every home.
