Chad is the Managing Director of Bellriver. He is responsible for setting the strategic plan for the business, and working closely with the leadership team to execute key initiatives that drive success.

Chad has over 20 years of direct experience in the residential development sector, and is a licensed builder with a deep understanding of the industry. Under his hands-on leadership, Bellriver Homes has completed over 2,000 homes and has grown to be ranked among the top 20 largest home builders in NSW.

Duncan Peacocke is the Chief Financial Officer of Bellriver Homes, bringing over 25 years of senior financial and strategic leadership to the business. A CPA and MBA-qualified executive, Duncan has extensive experience across the property, agribusiness, telecoms, manufacturing and funds management sectors, including with major national brands such as AVID Property Group, Investa, and Vodafone.

At Bellriver, Duncan leads the finance function with a clear focus on sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. He has successfully managed large-scale funding strategies, overseen complex acquisitions, and built high-performing finance teams during periods of significant expansion. Known for his collaborative, hands-on approach, Duncan combines deep financial expertise with commercial insight. His strengths include strategic planning, risk and compliance, systems implementation, and board reporting — all critical in supporting Bellriver’s continued success across NSW’s residential, medium-density and land development markets.

Wayne is Operations Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day business operations with the pre-construction, planning and administration teams.

Wayne has over 15 years’ experience in the Commercial construction industry and has managed operations and global supply chain networks nationally.

Focusing his attention to the Residential Housing sector Wayne’s passion for quality, his strong background in lean methodology and project efficiency allows him to deliver exceptional results.

Clayton is Sales Manager at Bellriver Homes and is responsible for planning, mentoring & leading the sales team in order to achieve forecasted sales targets.

His goal is to hold the sales team accountable whilst ensuring they remain highly motivated and passionate whilst exceeding the expectations of Bellriver clients. Clayton strives to demonstrate the three Core Bellriver values of Excellence, Collaboration & Ownership in every aspect of the business

Charles Lovett is the group’s Construction Manager, leading the construction division with expertise and dedication. A licensed builder with a Certificate IV and over 15 years of industry experience, Charles brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on insight to his role.

His career spans a diverse range of construction management positions, with a track record of successful project oversight and day-to-day operational involvement. Charles is an invaluable member of Bellriver Homes’ leadership team, ensuring the company’s high standards of quality and excellence are met in every project.

Chris is the Estimating & Purchasing Manager for Bellriver & is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the estimating department. He is responsible for soliciting proposals and bids for labour, equipment, materials from different suppliers & coordinating bid inputs from other departments.

Chris has had an impressive career in the Home Building Industry with 20 years’ experience working in the high-volume housing sector. As a seasoned professional in his field, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge from several well-known companies within the industry.

Chris constantly exceeds expectations and is a key member of the team.

With over 20 years of experience in construction management Jason heads the group’s Quality Assurance, Warranty & WHS. His expertise in facilities management, warranty, and quality assurance is unmatched. 

Jason’s hands-on approach highlights his dedication to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Jason’s unwavering dedication to quality and customer-centric practices ensures we consistently surpass expectations and nurture enduring relationships built on trust and satisfaction.

Elizabeth is the group’s Marketing Director & is responsible for the implementation of marketing activities across the various divisions and projects owned by the Bellriver Group.

Elizabeth has 25 years of experience throughout several sectors of the Real Estate industry, she has extensive experience in the creation and execution of brand identity at both corporate & project levels.

As an achiever of fast and exponential growth, with an exceptional understanding of Corporate Strategy & as Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Elizabeth is a trusted and reliable member of the Leadership team at Bellriver.
