Managing Director
Chad is Managing Director of Bellriver and has 20 years direct experience in the residential construction sector. Chad completed his carpentry & joinery trade in 2008 and went on to receive his builders license in 2010 before founding the contract housing division of Bellriver in 2012.
In his role as Managing Director, Chad is responsible for setting the strategic plan for the business and working with the leadership team on executing and delivering on the group’s growth initiatives

David Sandeman
Founder, Design Director
David founded Bellriver Homes in 1993 in regional NSW. He has spent over 30 years in the New Home construction industry and is a passionate advocate of quality and customer experience. Through the business infancy and growth he has been deeply involved with all areas including finance, design, procurement, land acquisition, building supervision and quality assurance. He is currently a Director and Share Holder.
David heads up the Design Team and is currently working on new design concepts that embrace changing lifestyles, land availability and sustainability.

Marketing Director
Elizabeth is the group’s Marketing Director & is responsible for the implementation of marketing activities across the various divisions and projects owned by the Bellriver Group.
Elizabeth has 25 years of experience throughout several sectors of the Real Estate industry, she has extensive experience in the creation and execution of brand identity at both corporate & project levels.
As an achiever of fast and exponential growth, with an exceptional understanding of Corporate Strategy & as Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Elizabeth is a trusted and reliable member of the Leadership team at Bellriver.

Chris is the Estimating Manager for Bellriver & is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the estimating department. He is responsible for soliciting proposals and bids for labour, equipment, materials from different suppliers & coordinating bid inputs from other departments.
