Chad is Managing Director of Bellriver and has 20 years direct experience in the residential construction sector. Chad completed his carpentry & joinery trade in 2008 and went on to receive his builders license in 2010 before founding the contract housing division of Bellriver in 2012.

In his role as Managing Director, Chad is responsible for setting the strategic plan for the business and working with the leadership team on executing and delivering on the group’s growth initiatives

David founded Bellriver Homes in 1993 in regional NSW. He has spent over 30 years in the New Home construction industry and is a passionate advocate of quality and customer experience. Through the business infancy and growth he has been deeply involved with all areas including finance, design, procurement, land acquisition, building supervision and quality assurance. He is currently a Director and Share Holder.

David heads up the Design Team and is currently working on new design concepts that embrace changing lifestyles, land availability and sustainability.

Elizabeth is the group’s Marketing Director & is responsible for the implementation of marketing activities across the various divisions and projects owned by the Bellriver Group.

Elizabeth has 25 years of experience throughout several sectors of the Real Estate industry, she has extensive experience in the creation and execution of brand identity at both corporate & project levels.

As an achiever of fast and exponential growth, with an exceptional understanding of Corporate Strategy & as Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Elizabeth is a trusted and reliable member of the Leadership team at Bellriver.

Charles is the group’s construction Manager and is responsible for oversight and management of the construction division.

A construction management professional with over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry. Charles has had a wealth of experience across a diverse range of management construction roles with hands on day-to-day involvement.

With a proven track record of success in various construction-related roles, Charles has become an integral asset to the leadership team at Bellriver Homes. His extensive knowledge and hands-on experience make him a valuable contributor to the company’s commitment to excellence in the home building industry.

Clayton is Sales Manager at Bellriver Homes and is responsible for planning, mentoring & leading the sales team in order to achieve forecasted sales targets.

His goal is to hold the sales team accountable whilst ensuring they remain highly motivated and passionate whilst exceeding the expectations of Bellriver clients. Clayton strives to demonstrate the three Core Bellriver values of Excellence, Collaboration & Ownership in every aspect of the business

As CFO, Perry is responsible for overseeing and managing the finance function of the Bellriver Group.

Perry has over 10 years’ experience in corporate finance, FP&A, and M&A and drives strategic decision-making across the group.

With a proven track record in optimising fiscal performance, risk management, and financial governance, Perry plays a pivotal role in steering the Bellriver towards sustained growth and profitability. This dedication to fiscal integrity ensures the foundation for our continued success.

Chris is the Estimating Manager for Bellriver & is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the estimating department. He is responsible for soliciting proposals and bids for labour, equipment, materials from different suppliers & coordinating bid inputs from other departments.

Chris has had an impressive career in the Home Building Industry with 20 years’ experience working in the high-volume housing sector. As a seasoned professional in his field, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge from several well-known companies within the industry.

Chris constantly exceeds expectations and is a key member of the team.

Wayne is General Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day business operations with the pre-construction, planning and administration teams.

Wayne has over 15 years’ experience in the Commercial construction industry and has managed operations and global supply chain networks nationally.

Focusing his attention to the Residential Housing sector Wayne’s passion for quality, his strong background in lean methodology and project efficiency allows him to deliver exceptional results.
